The aim is for every prospective undergraduate student in the UK to have the opportunity to attend several open days, which are organize by UK universities.

The University of Manchester is holding its first open day for prospective international students on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June 2022. Join over 5,000 international students and their family members, including prospective students and exchange students from 15 countries worldwide. Manchester is one of the most exciting destinations in Europe and comes as a surprise to many first-time visitors. It’s a place of unique contrasts, with a rich industrial heritage, world-leading landmarks and green spaces, a thriving cultural scene, and a dynamic retail offering. Manchester is your home away from home…Welcome Weeks are designed to make new students feel at ease by providing lots of fun and creative opportunities for you to get involved, make friends, and familiarize yourself with the city, university, libraries, and facilities on offer. The opportunities available to you will depend on which Welcome Weeks you can attend and these are listed in the timetable below. Remember, there’s a free bus shuttle running between each event so you won’t have to worry about getting around! We have lots of ideas planned including theatre visits, bowling, and laser clay pigeon shooting nights as well as trips to music venues and bars. Offers of open day

The university has open days every year to promote its course offerings to prospective students. These open days are held at different locations across Manchester so that more people can attend them easily. Manchester’s open days are an opportunity for prospective students to visit their campus and explore what Manchester has to offer. Students can take a tour of the campus, meet current students, talk with academics about their courses, and have a look at student accommodation. The event also includes talks by staff on subjects such as career advice, study skills, mental health support, and more.

To help students make their decision on where to study, Manchester 2022 has organized open days for prospective students. These events will be taking place from Monday 9th January until Friday 20th January 2020.

Students will have the opportunity to visit all five partner universities in Manchester – The University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University, University of Sanford, and Manchester School of Art – as well as meet with current students and staff members from each university.

Manchester 2022 will be a transformational year for the University, marking the centenary of its founding and opening up opportunities for all our students to grow and develop in their careers.
